Phytosterols are plant-derived sterols that structurally resemble cholesterol and compete with cholesterol for absorption in the intestine, effectively reducing cholesterol uptake into the bloodstream (1). I just recently started with Pantethine and phytosterols in order to improve my lipid levels I will be getting a blood panel 10 weeks from now and from my research on these products I anticipate positive results.

They work

I've been using phytosterols for many years now. My doctor wanted me to start taking statins, but the phytosterols made that unnecessary. You can't ask much more from a pill.

Since I am an over-absorber and an over-producer of cholesterol, my total cholesterol level is over 240 without both phytosterols before meals, and 10 mg of simvastatin daily. My total cholesterol runs in the 150 range with the use of both. I truly appreciate Endurance Products’ quality products and that everything that they make is soy free.
