10 Veggies to Help You Lose Weight

Our stomach needs a cleanse here and there. Take a break from heavy, processed products that are not filling and leave you craving for more. Instead, try these foods that are low calorie and have high water content to help you stay full without eating a lot.

Cucumber. Calories per 100 grams: 15

Add cucumbers to your salad or munch on them as a snack with a little peanut butter or miso paste.

Yes, you read that right. 6 calories! This product is made from a type of yam and has a sort of rubbery texture and mild flavor so it takes on whatever seasoning you put on. It comes in the form of a block or noodle shape so it can be a great substitute for any noodle dish.
